Eligibility: You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Items purchased during "Clearance Sales" or "Flash Sales" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us at rooxclothing.com@gmail.com with your order number and images of the product.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it free of cost.

Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. However, a store credit/voucher may be issued in specific cases.
